TICONDEROGA- The body of Thomas Kelly, [66], a former Ticonderoga resident, was brought here to the home of his sister, Mrs. Frank Mulvey, Tuesday, after his death at Cortland [May 4], where he had resided for the past 20 years. Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Frank Mulvey, Mrs. Kate Joubert and Miss Winifred Kelly, two brothers, Bert and William Kelly, all of Ticonderoga.
Born at Clintonville, Mr. Kelly came here as a young man and was employed by the Ticonderoga Pulp and Paper Company, and later as a janitor at the High School. He resigned there to go to Cortland, where he was chief janitor at the Cortland State College at the time of his death.
Funeral services will be conducted in St. Mary’s Church Friday at 9 A. M.
[St. Mary's records indicate the body was interred at Immaculate Conception in Keeseville.]
