Bethany Diane (Senske) Kisting, 54, passed away on January 11, 2021 in Gilbert, Arizona, due to complications from COVID-19 and pneumonia. Bethany was born in Maras, Peru with her twin sister Becky on January 10, 1967.
After the death of their birth mother, they were given through adoption to David and Iona Senske, of Stephenson MI.
Following high school graduation, Bethany continued her education at University of WI-Oshkosh, obtaining a BS. She worked as a Probation/Parole Agent for 17 years with WI Dept of Corrections.
On April 28, 2001 Bethany married Scott Kisting.
Bethany along with her sister Becky have always had a sense of adventure and love for travel. They were blessed to return to Peru in 1994. In this trip they connected with their birth father and five of their siblings.
Bethany is celebrated by her husband Scott of AZ;
their children: Justin (Chanelle), Brightin (Mariel), Joseph, Anneliese, Samuel, and Sophia.
Grandsons: Augustus, Xavier, and Lincoln.
Her twin sister Becky of AZ,
and brother Brent (Heather) Senske of WI.
Her Peruvian siblings: Victoria, Mario, Toribio;
nieces, nephews,
Special Aunt Pearl Clontz of Pembine WI,;
many local MI cousins, and her Salesian Cooperators.
Visitation will be January 26, 2021 5:00-7:30 pm at the Queen Heaven Catholic Funeral Home, Mesa AZ. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday January 27, 2021, 11:00 am at St Magdalene Catholic Church, Gilbert AZ. Burial will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Mesa AZ.
