Alvin Brent Cochran (Wildman), 70, of Havana, passed away Wednesday, January 13, at his home.
Brent was born October 18, 1950, in Parma, MO, to Paul F. and M. Imogene Cochran.
Both preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death are one sister, Connie S. Cochran; nephews, Richard Holden, Jeremy Morrissey and Jacob Grabbe; niece, T. Cochran and two great nieces Amelia and Alora Holden.
Survivors include sons, Larry, Joey and Brandon; siblings, Paula Cochran, Pamela Cochran, Sara (Daniel) Hood, Wendell (Kathy) Cochran, Kevin (Lauri) Cochran, Shelly Holden and Richard (Lauri) Cochran; three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Brent graduated from Farmington High School, in 1968. He then served in Vietnam as a helicopter gunner. He worked at Caterpillar, in East Peoria, Tysons, in Missouri and a machine shop, in Pekin. His hobbies were fishing, CB radio and his favorite was playing pool.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a late date, as well as a graveside service with military honors.
