Mary Lou Booher

Knoxville - Mary Lou Booher age 94 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021. She retired from St. Mary's Hospital as an E.K.G. Technician. In retirement her greatest love, were her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and Baxter her fur baby. Mary was an excellent mother to her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by parents, Austin B. and Lillie Acuff; son, Jack Booher; brothers, Jack, Junior, Leroy and Franklin Acuff.

Mary is survived by daughter, Jan Booher Weaver; 4 grandchildren, Matthew (Amber) Weaver, Shelly (Will) Weaver, Abigail (Mario) Booher and Josh (Heather) Booher; 6 great-grandchildren, Brenden, Alyssa, Alexus, Jayce, Rylan Weaver and Grayson Russell; brother, Larry (Charlotte) Acuff; 2 sisters-in-law, Nancy Acuff and Louise Acuff. Several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday January 23, 2021 at McCarty Evergreen Funeral Home from 2-3 p.m. Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m. with Rev. Mark Braddom officiating. Condolences may be offered at www.mccartyevergreen.com
