She loved animals, especially her dog, "Benny," and enjoyed watching the Steelers.
Surviving are a brother, Bill L. Backner of Canonsburg; a sister, Mona DeLuca and her husband, Jay, of Murrysville; and two nieces, Lauren and Elissa.
