Heart Attack Fatal To Kenneth Lovell On Hunting Trip

Kenneth E. Lovell, 28, of Fairmount Corners, died from a heart condition yesterday afternoon while deer hunting near Wellsville.

He was found dead on a wooded ridge about 10 miles southwest of Wellsville by Frank William Versprill of RD 3, Wolcott, a member of another hunting party. Earl Eugene Lukin of 83 George st., Skaneateles, who had been hunting with Lovell, was some distance from the ridge when Lovell was found. Death was due to a coronary occlusion. Dr. E. Stanley Webster, an Allegany county coroner reported.

He was a native of Syracuse and had been employed by the Solvay Process as a draftsman. A member of Sapphire Lodge F&AM, Camillus, he was a graduate of Solvay High School.

Surviving are his wife, Aleta Casler Lovell; a son, Kenneth E. Lovell, Jr.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry C. Lovell; a sister, Mrs. Harriet E. Curtis, all of Syracuse; and a brother, Midshipman Donald E. Lovell of Annapolis, Md.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the John C. Tindall funeral home. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens. Friends may call at 1921 W. Genesee st. today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
