As of Jan 2021, this location for burial has not been confirmed. Death certificates for both Kate and her husband John Haley indicate that "remains were shipped to Laurel Hill, LA". It is a reasonable assumption given that:
• Many of Kate's siblings are buried in this cemetery
•This is the town of her birth
• Kate's father Oliver Henderson Sr. was a founding member of this church and built the nearby school house where Kate studied
• Many of Kate and John's children are buried in this cemetery
