Kenneth M. Balentine, 87, entered eternal life on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a Veteran of the United States Army after 23 years of service, retired as Chief Warren Officer and a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 204 in Sellersburg. Kenneth also retired from E.T. Slider/IMI Concrete Company. He enjoyed his time with grandchildren, fishing, gardening, helping others, working on tractors and cub cadets.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his son, Kevin.

Surviving are his loving wife, Norma Balentine, daughters, Sandy (Rick) Wilson, Shirley (Moose) Baumann, Kathy (Dan) Montgomery, grandchildren, Josh (Marybeth) , Brandon (Tiffany), Rick Jr. (Stephanie), Trisha (Shawn), Tiffany (Brad), Kelsey (Dustin), Logan (Kelsey), great-grandchildren, Jade, Garrett, Mallory, Westin, Liam, Oakleigh, Addy, Audrey, Brooks, Emme, Parker and Tripp.

Funeral services will be held 1PM Wednesday at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
