Ripped to pieces by a circular saw Tuesday near Flat Rock, age 24. He was born in Brown Co. Aug. 9, 1907, son of Mr. & Mrs. Roy Waltz of Kansas area in Nineveh Township. The accident happened on the George Sawin farm. Surviving are his parents; two brothers, Emmett J. Waltz and Elbert D. Waltz; 2 sisters, Laura and Bevly (Burlie) Waltz at home; grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Pleasant Waltz. Funeral service was Thursday at the Edinburg Methodist Church with burial at Edinburg.
