Information obtained from The Nashville American (The Tennessean) newspaper article dated 6-25-1900, page 2 and 6-28-1900, page 2.

Aged 39 years (birth year estimated), died in the Southern Railway wreck near McDonough Georgia.

Mr Florida leaves a wife and two children, a son 9 years old and a daughter almost 2 years old.
