Troy Thomas Clements, 45, of Indian Head, MD died on January 27, 2021 at his residence.

Born on November 8, 1975 in Washington DC, he was the son of the late Thomas Clements II and Donna Clements. He graduated from McDonough High School and was a Veteran of the Army Reserve. Troy was a fan of the Washington Redskins and Washington Nationals.

Troy is survived by his loving wife, Charity R Clements; children, Hannah Jonas, Thomas Clements III, Joseph Clements and Lucas Clements; stepchildren, James Sandy, Madeline McCoy, Andrew McCoy (Megan) and Katarina Eyler; sister, Dawn Clements; niece, Breigh Pittman and best friend, Paul Tritola along with his many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was anxiously awaiting the birth of his first grandchild, Zoey Clements, and was “PopPaw Troy” to Remington Forbuss and Phoebe McCoy. Troy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas & Emma Clements and his maternal grandparents, Ellsworth & Audrey Rye.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. Memorial contributions may be made in Troy’s name to Hospice of Charles County, 2505 Davis Road, Waldorf, MD 20603.
