She leaves behind the love of her life, Lindel Muse, of which they were united in marriage on April 17, 1943 in Jamestown, Kentucky and lived “in love” for 77 years. Within this union, were six children, Eric (Betty) Muse of Somerset; Stephen Muse (Vicki Boland) of Nancy; Douglas (Teresa) Muse of Somerset; Dwight (Tawnya) Muse of Somerset; Joe Muse of Nancy; and Malinda (Doug) Yanders of Nancy. Christine attended Oak Grove Baptist Church as a young girl with her parents, but later became a member at Delmar Nazarene Church where she taught Sunday School, VBS, and assisted in many other events. She loved living on the farm with her sweetheart, Lindel, being a homemaker, and raising her six children. She occupied her time with reading, growing flowers, gardening, sewing, needlework, including her joy of cooking and serving family and friends. She always insisted for everyone to eat at their table.

Visitation will be 11:00 – 1:00 pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Grant officiating. Burial will follow at the Lakeside Memorial Gardens with J. O. Dunkum, Thomas Fletcher, Ryan Muse, Christopher Muse, Mark Burnett, and John David Burnett serving as pallbearers.
