This is the story of Clifford Stedman. Clifford Stedman was a man whom was a wonderful father in every way there was or ever could be. Clifford was a brown hair blue eyed man whom weighed about 250 pounds and stood about 5'11" in height. He was a very hard worker and very faith oriented but even more towards his family and the responsibility he took for them. He was a man whom helped his children, watched out for them and his grandchildren. People who remember him remember a wonderful well liked man with integrity and love for life. He worked at Oscar Mayer Foods, now known as Kraft Foods, for 25 years then would come home to the farm and take care of the garden and animals before he went in and worked on the house or whatever was awaiting him that night. Some nights it was home work with the kids. Some it was fixing the car and others were spent fixing a scraped knee or kissing an owie. With a wife, 7 kids, grandchildren, a farm, church and work he always made sure that everything was taken care of. Maybe not every night but he always managed to get to it.

On December 11, 1981 he was killed in a car accident. Thus leaving 7 children devastated, 3 of which were still at home. Also left behind were 2 grandchildren with very few memories. Then there was his wife, whom took the news the hardest. She was not only having to handle the news of losing her husband in a terrible accident but now she has to care for all of her children and grand children without the help of her beloved husband.
