Her parents preceded her in death as did her husband Bill Miller, husband Otha Barbee, 4 brothers, Clifford M. Wilt, Roger H. Wilt, Gary D. Wilt, Nathaniel Edward Wilt, and 1 sister, Naomi Blanche Wilt Parrill.
Anna Lee graduated from Southern Fulton High School in Warfordsburg, PA in 1967 and attended Capital City School of Nursing. She is fondly remembered especially for playing her guitar and singing.

Anna Lee will be laid to rest at Quantico National Cemetery beside her husband Otha on Wednesday December 23, 2020 at 12:30 pm. There is accommodation allowance for 50 people at their pavilion. Pastor Charles F. Bryant will officiate the service at the cemetery.
