Fred F Rote Killed In Buffalo on Monday.
Word was received here on Wednesday that Fred F Rote, aged 46 years, a former resident of Tyrone, had been killed in a railroad wreck at Buffalo, New York, on Monday. The body was brought to the Fuoss and Glass funeral parlors today where funeral services will be conducted. He is survived by three children residing in Bellefonte and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. I. B. Nolen, of Flemington, Clinton county; Edward J. and John Rote, of Swissdale; Mrs. Richard Ingraham and Mrs. C. D. Plarr, Los Angeles, California; Mrs. Palhamus, of Denver, Colorado; William Rote, of Chillicothe, Ohio; Frank of Rochester, New York and Lawrence and the ? whereabouts unknown. Fred Rote was a brakeman on the Tyrone division P.R.R. from 1905 to 1913. His wife died in the Altoona hospital during the latter part of November.

Fred F. Rote, formerly of Lock Haven, was killed Monday in a railroad wreck at Buffalo. He was a freight conductor between Buffalo and Tyrone, where his four children reside. He was 46 years of age.
