John Neil Field, 75 of Camp Wood, Texas passed away on September 28, 2010 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born August 25, 1935 in Barksdale, Texas to John and Lillie Field.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Arthur and Lillie Taylor Field; sister Geraldean Field; brother, Aubrey Ray Field; great granddaughter, Victoria Layne Hicks; maternal grandparents, Ira F & Carrie Taylor; paternal grandparents, John Walter and Nancy Victoria Field.
John is survived by his daughters; Deborah Ann Field of San Antonio, Cindy Morris and husband, Charlie of Sheffield, Sylvia Gay Villescas of San Antonio, Sharron Lea Hamilton of Sheffield, and Nancy Victoria Kneip of Reagan Wells. Also longtime friend and companion Ladean Maner; grandchildren, Robert Neil Field, April Mae Hicks, Katherine Anne Baker, Sarah Marie Graham, Jon Eric Villescas, Marisa Lynn Villescas, Emily Renee Villescas, Melana Maria Villescas, Ambor Nikole Hamilton and Elizabeth Rae Phillips; great grandchildren, Misty Vargas, Joshua Vargas, Mason Randall Hicks, Layne Maria Hicks, Zane Michael Baker, Ryan Neil Baker, Cody Ross Baker, Maya Kimberlyin Phillips and Samuel Colt Graham; sister Lucille and husband Frank Scott of Uvalde; brothers, Victor Hugh Field of Camp Wood, Francis Coleman of Uvalde and numerous nieces and nephews.
