Helen Long Frost, 90, of La Marque, TX passed Tuesday, June 13, 2017 with her loving family by her side. She was born in Calhoun, LA on August 19, 1926 to Houston and Ollie Long. She was married to Edward Frost for 72 years. Helen was a very active member in her Assembly of God Church, American Business Women’s Association and Lions Club. She had a passion for gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Houston Long; husband, Edward Frost and son, Clyde Frost. She is survived by her daughters, Ann and Sue; son, Barry; grandchildren, great grandchildren, many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598. Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm.
