Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Knobloch, 78, of 323 W. 11th Oshkosh, died today in Mercy Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 13, 1901, in White County, 111., the daughter of Frank and Lula Waters. She was married to Oscar Frank Knobloch in Oshkosh in 1920. He preceded her in death in 1957.

Surviving are one son, Carl, Oshkosh; one daughter, Mrs. Luther (Betty) Oberdorfer, Akron, Ohio; three brothers, Fred Asa and Frank Asa, both of Iowa and Charles Asa, Oregon; three sisters, Mrs. Harvey Bunting and Mrs. Lee Dickenson, both of Illinois and Mrs. Faye Jenkins, Louisana; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in Seefeld Eagle Street Chapel, the Rev. Ralph Hanusa officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapel Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
