Hiram Ulyssus Silvers was born Feb. 1, 1870 in Doniphan Co., Kansas, and departed this life March 13, 1935 at Dover, Okla. His death was caused by a stroke of paralysis at the age of 65 years, 1 month and 13 days.
He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife, Mrs. Ethyl Silvers, of the home, and four children: Mrs. Belle Conde and Mrs. Thelma Smith of Delphos, Kansas; Mrs. Laura Gibbs, of Miltonvale, and George Silvers, Barnard, Kansas. A daughter, Geraldine, departed this life Jan. 14, 1924. He also leaves nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Burial was made in the Dover Cemetery at Dover, Okla.
