Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Esther Belle Brewton, Houston; two sons living, and also two granddaughters living; sister, Mrs. Virgie Powell, Huntsville; brother, J. P. "Dutch" Brewton, Crockett. Funeral services 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 10, 1985, Garden Villas United Methodist Church, 7155 Ashburn, with Reverend W. W. Russell and Bishop John Wesley Hart officiating.
