RIDINGS, LLOYD F. - age 89, of 4926 Cambridge Road, Walland, died 9:35 p.m. Thursday, December 25, 1997, at Asbury Acres Health Care Center. He was a charter member of Rocky Branch Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by wife, Lorie Ridings; sisters, Nancy Peterson, Hazel Everett, Marjorie Ridings; and brothers, Leonard Ridings, Jimmy Ridings and John Ridings. Survivors include sisters, Hope Morton of Maryville, Ruth Whitehead of Pennsylvania, and Grayce Metsopulos of New Jersey; brothers, Alex Ridings of Kingston, Charles A. (Bus) Ridings of Walland; half brother, James A. Ridings of Clawson, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8 p.m. Saturday in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. John Smith and Rev. Jim McCulla officiating. Family and friends will assemble 2 p.m. Sunday at West Miller's Cove Cemetery for interment service. The family will receive friends 7-8 p.m. Saturday at Smith Mortuary, Maryville.
