Born November 30, 1953, son of the late Charles L. Guy, Sr. and Frances I. Dudley.
Retired from Spartanburg Regional as an EMT and then from transportation; a volunteer firefighter for Arkwright Fire Department and Roebuck Fire Department.
Had an interest in trains, collecting ball caps, working on cars, and enjoyed coaching baseball.
Survived by his wife, Deborah Guy; two sons, Robert Cory Guy (Heather) and Tanner Jerome “T.J” Guy; grandson, Teegan Dominick Guy; two sisters, LuAnn Guy Cooper and Susan Guy Patterson; and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by a sister, Betty Guy Ogle; brother, Charles L. “Skinny” Guy, Jr.; and a grandson, Xander Anakin Guy.
A memorial service was held at a later date.
Memorials could be made to Dunbar Funeral Home, Spartanburg, SC to help with Robert’s funeral expenses.
