Gregory “Greg” Vester Bryson, 50, husband of Donna Lynn Dyar Bryson, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020, at his residence.
A native of Oconee County, born in Seneca, SC, he was the son of the late Michael “Mike” Vester Bryson and Judy Ann Gilliam Bryson of Westminster.
Greg attended West Oak High School and worked at JP Stevens, Beacon and Hartwell State Park, and was a member of New Life Praise and Worship Church.
Survivors include his mother, Judy Bryson, his wife, Donna Bryson and a sister, Pamela Bryson Chrisley of Westminster; an adopted son by love, Elijah Dubose and wife Alexias, adopted daughter by love, Kayla Lashae Smith; nephews, Jonathon Michael Bryson and wife Amber, Cody Blake Bryson; niece, Megan Deidre Bryson; great nephews and nieces, Jordan Cruz Bryson, Gage Michael Bryson, Annalyn Grace Bryson; and his beloved dog, Rocky.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 17th, 2020 at New Life Praise and Worship Church with burial to follow at South Union Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 17th, 2020 at the New Life Praise and Worship Church.
