James Harold Murrell was born prematurely on August 14, 1961 at Madison, Tennessee's Sanitarium & Hospital, the son of Vernon C Murrell (1922-1999) and Elizabeth A (Cook) Murrell (1933-2017) of 452 Neely's Bend Road in rural Madison. {It is noted that the Death Certificate for James listed his mother's maiden name as Hines.}
He was 10 hours old when he died of atelectasis the next day at the hospital, and burial was on August 16th in Spring Hill Cemetery, Nashville.
