Kenneth Lee Aurand, son of Harry Lee and Nellie P. Aurand, died at his home near Keymar, Tuesday, at 2:30 a. m. following an illness of five days from diphtheria. He was aged four years, seven months and nine days. Besides the parents the following brothers and sisters survive: Rosetta, May, Frances, Ralph and Robert, all at home; also his grandmother, Mrs. Margaret Aurand, Norwood, Pa. One of the sisters is also stricken with the disease.
Private funeral services were held last Tuesday at 5 o'clock, with burial in the Keysville cemetery. Rev. C. C. Archer, Middleburg, officiated.
