Beloved wife Martha Tyson, one hundred acres of land lying in the fork of Robin's Creek and a part of a two hundred acre track I bought of Enoch Hutcherson. My beloved son Jefferson D Tyson, one hundred acres of land on the fork of Robin's Creek, being a part of 200 acres. Executor: my beloved father Noah Tyson. Witnesses: Juliana Toskey, Catharine Hall, Darling Johnson.
