Son of Alfred and Fern (Prindle) Alcorn. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, was honorably discharged and a member of the DAV. He worked and retired after many years from Bay City Chevrolet. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Alcorn. He is survived by his children, Lori (Bruce) Obermiller, Paul (Tammy) Alcorn and Tammi Alcorn; grandchildren, Melissa Brown, Evan (Val) Alcorn and Stephen Bauer; great grandson, Elijah VanSumeren; sisters, Nancy (Gerald) Engelhardt and Drenda (Ron) Haut.
