1920 US Fed Census: Raymond is 19 and working on the family farm. His mother had passed away 6 years earlier. He was mentally disabled and living on the farm was well-suited for him.
By 1935 everyone had moved away from the farm, and he had been institutionalized in the Idaho State School Colony in Nampa, Idaho.
He was later released from the State School and lived on his own. His great-niece remembers him as being kind and happy.
