Joyce was born and raised in Lehi and graduated from Lehi High School in 1949. She was a Para-Educator for many years in the Alpine School District. She and Jack loved to travel with family and friends and were members of the Good Sam’s Club. Joyce was the consummate homemaker and enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting and being a grandma. She loved her time working in the Provo and Mt. Timpanogos Temples and served faithfully in many callings during her life.
She is survived by her three children: Stephen (Vonda) Phillips, Kaye (Kelly) Anderson and Neil Phillips; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack and seven siblings.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery under the direction of Olpin Family Mortuary, Pleasant Grove.
