Wiley Ford, West Virginia – Gerald Leo Albright, Sr., 77, of Wiley Ford, WV, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020.
Born March 10, 1943, in Cumberland, MD, Mr. Albright was the son of the late Leo Albright and Loretta (Stuby) Albright. He was also preceded in death by his wife: Shirley Albright, June 4, 2020; and his three sisters: Delores DeVore, Caroline Ritchie, and Cathy Dicken.
A member of the Lake Gordon Assembly of God, Gerald was the owner/operator of Albright and Sons Heating and Air Conditioning. He and Shirley made several mission trips to Guatemala, helping with several orphanages which they truly enjoyed giving back to.
Gerald is survived by his son: Gerald L. Albright, Jr.; his daughters: Brenda McIntyre and husband, Skip; and Michelle L. Bridges. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Jared Albright; and Staci Wilson and husband, Derick; his great grandson: Joel Wilson; his brother: Bill Albright and wife, Connie; and his sister: Mona Lee Elder and husband, Larry; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Rebecca Rust officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, social distancing and masks will be required.
