Thomas A. "Tom" Crail, age 86, of Highland Heights, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at Saint Elizabeth Hospice, in Edgewood, Kentucky. He was born in Covington, Kentucky, on October 22, 1934, the son of the late Gilbert and Jessie Stephens Crail. Tom was a veteran of the Unites States Marine Corp, a member of First Baptist Church, in Cold Spring, Kentucky, a member of the Gideons International and a retired district clerk for Cincinnati Gas and Electric.

In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by: his first wife, Patricia Crail; and a son, Thomas L. Crail. Survivors include: his wife, Carolyn Gifford Crail; a daughter, Rebecca Hansma; a son, Rick Crail; a sister, Carolyn Swope; two brothers, J.W. Crail and Ronnie Crail; six grandchildren, Andrew Crail, Chelsey Crail, Kristina McQueen, Nick Jackson, Nathaniel Hess and Sarah Hess; two great-grandchildren, Maci Anne and Everlee Kay; and several others.

Due to the mandates set forth by the governor, arrangements will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Tom's final resting place, under full military honors, will be held at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials, if desired, are suggested to First Baptist Church or Gideons International.
