Manton - Joe C. Stack, formerly of Belleville passed away at his sister's home near Manton, on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. He was 76 Years.Joe was born on May 24, 1944 to Albert C. and Helen M. (Keller) Stack. He was born and raised in the Holly, Michigan area. Joe spent his career working for numerous factories over the years, including General Motors. In his spare time, he enjoyed making and flying model airplanes. When Joe was younger, he liked cars, especially hot rods. Joe is survived by his sons, Benjamin (fiancée Alexis) Stack and Scott Stack; daughter, Lisa Stack; grandson, Liam Stack; sister, Phyllis (Deacon Frank) Kopasz; brother, James "Jim" (Joan) Stack; and many other loving family members and friends.He was preceded in death by his brother, Gerald Stack; sister, Maria Rackley; and his parents, Albert and Helen Stack.A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11 a.m. at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Lake City, with visitation held one hour prior. Officiating will be Rev. Alex and Joe's brother-in-law, Deacon Frank Kopasz. A vigil service will take place on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 7 p.m. at Young-Holdship Funeral Home in Lake City. Interment will take place at Lakeside Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.Memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Michigan.The family is being served by Young-Holdship Funeral Home.
