Obituary - Lt. Col Hesson Laid to Rest At Gettysburg - Burial has been made in the National Military Cemetery in Gettysburg for a former Alliance resident, Lt. Col Donald K. Hesson, 53, of Fort Baker, San Francisco, Calif.
He died March 14 at Fort Baker following a sudden illness. He had served in the United States Army there.
Lt. Hesson was a 1934 graduate of Mount Union College.
A daughter, Mrs. Daniel Brown of Minersville and five grandchildren survive. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. James K. Hesson
