Herbert “Charley” Brewer, age 66 passed this life Monday, November 16, 2020 surrounded by his loved ones in Idabel, OK.
Charley was born on July 9, 1954 in Idabel, OK, the son of Herbert Charley Brewer and Fannie Thomas Brewer. On August 22, 1974 he married Linda Brewer.
Most of his life he worked as a farmer and heavy equipment operator. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Charley was always telling jokes and picking at family and friends. He loved spending time with his family and the memories that he shared with them.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby Murray.
Charley is survived by his wife; Linda Brewer of the home; daughters, Malisia Russell and husband, Michael of Paris, TX, Glory Brewer of Idabel, OK;
Brothers, Jimmy Murray and wife, JoAnn of Idabel, OK, Thomas Brewer; sisters, Ann Smith of Idabel, OK, Sandy Brewer of Idabel, OK, Geneva Brewer of Idabel, OK;
Grandchildren, Charley Jerome Broades and wife, Jessica of Garland TX, Rodneshia Broades and husband, P.J. Cherry of College Station, TX, Kelvin Lewis of Idabel, OK, Derrick Brewer of Idabel, OK, Cody Clark of Tulsa, OK, Amaya Whitworth and husband, Justin Whitworth of Paris, TX Dylan Evans of Idabel, OK;

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Harris Cemetery with Jimmy Smalling officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the funeral home.
