Cody was a mainstay at The Buddy Foundation. He could always be found relaxing outside his cage, on a countertop or in a well-padded bed observing the volunteers bustling around him cleaning cages and rooms were cats were being cared for. He was a large, good natured cat whose purring sounded like a cooing bird. Cody was afflicted with arthritis in his rear legs and had difficulty in walking. But this did not stop him from going from place to place and climbing to table tops with some help from a chair. He was on a special diet to correct gastrointestinal issues and took medication for his arthritis.
