MRS. BARRICLAW DIES AT HOME NEAR CHAPMAN
Mrs. Elizabeth Barricklow, widow of William Barriclaw, a life long resident of Fillmore township, died at her home west of Chapman, shortly after midnight Tuesday morning of pneumonia, from which she had been ill less than a week.
Funeral services were held at the Chapman church Thursday morning, at 10:30 o'clock, with a Mormon elder officiating. Burial was made in Glendale cemetery at Fillmore.
Mrs. Barriclaw's maiden name was Elizabeth File, and she was born reared and lived the greater part of her life on the farm where she died.
She was 77 years, 8 months and 8 days old at the time of her death. She was first married to Charles Haven, at the time of the Civil War, and they made their home near Chapman until his death. Nearly forty years ago and she and William Barriclaw were united in marriage, and they continued to make their home in the vicinity of Chapman. He died there eight years ago.
One son from her first marriage, Charles Haven of Woodriver, survives Mrs. Barriclaw. Another son, Torney Haven died several years ago. Four children by her second marriage, surviving here are: Theodore (sic..Dora), and Ira (sic..Arlie), at home; Mrs. Grace Snyder, wife of Ora (sic..Oel) Snyder, who lives near Chapman, and Mrs. Pearl Wright, wife of John Wright, of Decatur. She also leaves one brother, Harrison (sic..Harris) File, who lives in Oklahoma, and two stepsons, Lee Barriclaw of Fillmore township, and Harry Barriclaw of Arkansas
