She has had Lung problems (TB) for some time. She was nearly 39. Nancy was born to Noel and Martha (Simpson) Fouts Jr. on June 7th, 1862.
She leaves her husband and six children the loss of wife and mother.
She was a splendid lady, loved by all; she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
The funeral will take place from the Methodist church at Manteno with burial in the Manteno cemetery. It will be held on Sunday morning April 21st, 1901 at 9 AM.
Nancy leaves husband Elbridge Dow, children, William Noel, Edith Pearl, Emma Eliza, Amanda Jane and George McKinley and baby Mildred Lucille who was born December 26, 1900. Her first son Ervin Luther died in infancy. May she rest in peace!
