Terry Lynn Spoon, 42, of Columbia Kentucky, died Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky. He was born June 24, 1978 in Adair County. His father, Ernest Spoon and a sister, Ellen Renee Spoon preceded him in death. Terry was a truck driver for Milky Way Farms. Survivors include: His wife – Crystal Karnes Spoon of Columbia. His mother – Caroline Hadley Spoon of Columbia. Three sons – Tyler Karnes, Jordan Spoon and Jacob Spoon all of Columbia. Four brothers – Michael Spoon, Martie Spoon, Mark Spoon and Bruce Spoon all of Columbia. Several other relatives and friends. Funeral service – Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home. Burial in McClister Cemetery. Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Saturday.
