Robert C. Greenfield, 90, of Syracuse, passed away November 8, 2020 at home. Born in Harpursville, NY to the late Charles and Pearl Esther Stratton Greenfield, he grew up in Niles, NY and attended Moravia High School, then earned an Associates Degree at SUNY Utica. He was a buyer at E. W. Edwards & Sons and later a District Manager with Fabri-Centers of America. He was a member of Morning Star Lodge #524 of Marcellus. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 37 years, Doris Eleanor Buske Greenfield, his sisters, Wilma Gunsalus, Dorothy Dunham, and Leona Leubner, and his second wife, Martha Marcoccia Greenfield. He was very close to his family and is survived by his son, Donald Greenfield (Linda) of Cato; daughters, Diane Greenfield of Indianapolis, and Linda Lavender (Carl) of Marcellus; granddaughter, Emily Greenfield (Dylan Hunt); grandsons, Schuyler and Dylan Lavender; several nieces and nephews, their spouses and children. Calling hours will be Friday November 13 from 4-7 PM at Butler-Badman Funeral Home, 4504 W. Seneca Turnpike. A graveside service will be held Saturday November 14 at 10:30 AM at Howlett Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Howlett Hill Fire Dept and Rescue Squad, 3384 Howlett Hill Rd., Syracuse, NY 13215 or the CNY SPCA, 5878 East Molloy Road, Syracuse.
