Kimberlee Ann (Dye) Chipman

Kim (Kimmie) was born on August 9, 1954 to Clifford and Dorothy Dye. Kim was the third girl in their family. Kim was the kindest and most selfless person that anyone could ever meet. Kim was a true Angel on earth and now she has her wings. On October 19, 2020 Kim went to be with our Lord. Kim was always sanitizing everything, so she is probably sanitizing everything in Heaven (to her standards) getting it ready for her and eventually her family. Kim's true passion was going to Disneyland. Disneyland was always Kim's escape. Her favorite word was "FUN". She always tried to have "FUN" in everything that she did. Her favorite rides at Disneyland were "It's A Small World" and the Peter Pan ride. We would get on the Peter Pan ride and she would say, "Here we go" as the ride took off. Kim's favorite color was pale pink; her favorite Disney character was Snow White. Kim loved going to New Jersey to visit her mother's family. Kim loved finding treasures at different estate sales & dumpster diving (as Kim called it) at Goodwill's. Kim was always generous with her time and her themed parties and gifts. Kim always said, "You are only as happy as your saddest child."

Proceeding Kim in death were her parents Clifford and Dorothy Dye, her oldest sister Connie, her grandparents Charles (fagm# 156390904) and Effie (156454143) Dye and Clarence and Gladys Murphy, her mother in law, Chawning Chipman (fagm# 156199956) and numerous aunts and uncles.

Kim is survived by her husband Gary of 48 years, two sons Joshua (Josh) and Erik Chipman, one daughter Brittany Chipman (Matt Weitz) all of Keller, Texas. The loves of Kim's life, which called her Mimi, were her grandchildren Shane, Ryan and Riley Chipman and Jackson, Emma, Emelia, and Eden Weitz. Two sisters, Gussie Black and Debbie Ayers both of Hobbs, NM, three nieces, Sharla Salazar (Tony) of Hobbs, NM, Kristi Collins (Eddie) and Kaci Ayers of Albuquerque, NM, one nephew, Charles Black of Hobbs, NM, plus cousins and numerous great nieces and nephews also survive Kim.
