BLOOMINGDALE-Dorothy Rose Deener, 73, of Bloomingdale, Indiana passed away at 9:00 am Saturday, November 7, 2020 in her residence. She retried from Lee Alan Bryant Healthcare Facility in Rockville with many years of service.

She was born May 8, 1947 in Clinton, Indiana to the late Wallace Edward “Jack” Deener and Marjorie Ellen Short Deener.

Survivors include one daughter, Cindy Deener of Michigan; five sisters, Jenny Anderson of Marshall, Carla Rivers of Rockville, Betty Cochran of Crawfordsville, Jackie Freed of Terre Haute and Margaret Ann Wrennick of Terre Haute; two grandsons, Aaron Clemons of Bloomingdale and Steven Clemons of South Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

She was a 1965 graduate of Turkey Run High School. She was an avid Indianapolis Colts Fan and collected eagles.

Services will be 2:00 pm Friday, November 13, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville, with Pastor Brian Holt officiating. Visitation is from 1-2 pm Friday.

Inurnment will be in Bethany Cemetery in Marshall at a later date.
