Gladys H. Renna, 78, was the daughter of Bennett and Olive Dauchy Fichtner. She was a graduate of Mount Pleasant High School. Mrs. Renna was a nurse's assistant at Ellis Hospital for many years, retiring in the 1980s. She was a former member of St. Helen's Church and the church choir.

Mrs. Renna was married to her husband, Dr. Pasquale (Pat) Renna, for 58 years. Survivors include her husband, Pat; two daughters; three sisters, Winifred France of Schenectady, Joyce Gaige of Yukon, OK, and Olive Rockefeller of Kimberling City, MO; two brothers, Raymond Fichtner of Ormond Beach, FL and Russell Fichtner of Tampa, FL; five grandchildren... and a greatgrandson... Mrs. Renna was predeceased by four siblings, Dorothy Russell, Jessie Becker, and Donald Fichtner, all formerly of Schenectady and Robert Fichtner formerly of Waterford.
