All five of Joseph Francis Schneider's children were born at home to his first wife Helen. Almost three years after she passed away, he remarried. He is buried with his second wife, Elizabeth M. Kreiger, better known as Lil. She had never been married before and had no children of her own, but helped him raise his children who called her Mom. Lil died 03 Feb 1956. On 29 December 1956, Joe was married for the third and final time to Edith Ryan (nee Murbach) Doyle. She lived to be 101 and is buried with the father of her children, Jame M. Doyle, Sr.
