Carol loved flowers, enjoyed gardening and crafts, she was an avid reader and worked at the Sullivan County Library off and on for over 45 years. Most of all she loved spending time with her beloved family.
She is survived by her daughters Cathy Copeland (Larry) and Jamie D. Isbell (Kelly), nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband of 42 years, James L. Brown, second husband Edward C. Wilson, Jr., daughters Debra A. Fox and Sheryl L. Whisman, sister Marjorie Spence, and brothers Robert Loudermilk, George Loudermilk, and David Loudermilk.
Private family services will be held. DeBaun Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
