Anna E McGee Dickeson was born near Eddyville, Iowa, Jan 22, 1853, died at Liberal, Mo, Feb 1, 1917. Her childhood was spent near the place of her birth. In January and the 16th day 1873, she was married to James T Dickeson and in 1873 they removed to Glenwood, Mo. In 1870 [sic] they removed to Strong City, Kansas, and in 1887 to Lyons, Kansas. In 1900 to Oxford, Kansas, in 1905 to Granby, Mo, and in 1907 to Liberal, Mo.
Deceased is survived by her husband, James T Dickeson, three daughters and one son. The daughters are Annabelle Smith, Winfield, Kansas, Medora Dickeson, Rockford, Ill; Stella B Smith, Chicago, Ill. Bertie Avery died in 1902. The surviving son is Jas D Dickeson of Pratt, Kansas.
Deceased was a member of the Baptist church from 1876 until 1917, when she became a member of the M E church at Liberal, Mo.
Member of the W C T U and Rebecca Lodge. Last words: Tell the children I love them.
