Betty Jean Adams, age 80, of Friendship passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Betty was born October 26, 1940 in Dyer county. She is the daughter of the late William Malcolm and the late Georgia Mai (Bell) Beasley.
Mrs. Betty was employed as a Legal Secretary for Ashley, Ashley & Arnold for 51 years.
She is survived by two daughters: Paige Beasley (Tim) of Dyersburg, TN and Lamar Anne Weaver (Glen) of Dyersburg, TN.
She also leaves 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Billy Franklin Adams and her brother John Thomas Beasley.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Halls Funeral Home, 109 N. Church St., Halls, TN with Bro. John Lowrance officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery, Friendship, TN.
