Frank grew up in Overlea, Maryland and attended St. Michael the Archangel School and Towson Catholic High School. He continued his studies at the University of Maryland College Park, and the University of Maryland School of Law. He worked as an attorney for the Department of Health and Human Services in Woodlawn and Washington,D.C. and retired after 30 years of service.
Frank always loved dancing, traveling, movies, TV, reading mystery books, and newspapers. He was a lifelong Orioles fan, rooted for the Baltimore Colts and was an inaugural season ticket holder for the Ravens. He also supported the University of Maryland sports teams and Washington Capitals hockey. He cheered for his teams and sometimes yelled at them on TV.
Frank was a parishioner of the Church of the Resurrection for 44 years and served as a Minister of Holy Communion for over 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Angela and Luciano Dell'Acqua, sisters Mary McGuire, Connie Furlong and Rose Konstantas and brothers Joseph Dell'Acqua, Anthony Dell'Acqua, and Samuel Dell'Acqua.
