Daughter of William S. and Martha Gordy Hoyle.

Martha Ann Hoyle Blount was the person who recorded the information in the old Hoyle-Blount Family Bible. Her granddaughter, Georgia Belle Blount Crawford, submitted this information to several genealogical sources for publication. An Internet search of Jones Co., GA Archives says, "A copy of this old Bible has been deposited in the Georgia Department of History and Archives", (donated by Georgia Belle Blount Crawford, daughter of Oliver Marshall Blount).

Gravesite Details

Originally the headstone stood upright but is now broken. The bottom half is firmly implanted in the ground, while the top half moves around freely (2007).
