Jessie was born February 8, 1882 in Osceola, Missouri to Jackson Garner "Jack" and Maryln (Disney) Barker.
She and Steve Alexander Toney were married December 25, 1901, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
They came to Ontatio, California six years ago.
She is suevived by her husband; a daughter, Audra Lewis, of Ontario, California; a grandson; two great grandsons; a sister, Nell Winkle, of Fayetteville; and three nephews.
Funeral Services will be at 1:30 p.m., in Todd Memorial Chapel, with W. A. Warner officiating.
Entombment will be in Pomona Mausoleum.
