He was employed with ConRail for 27 years.
He was a Protestant.
He was a member of American Legion Morris Frock Post No. 42, VFW of Greencastle, Pa., Eagles No. 694 of Hagerstown and North American Rod and Gun Club.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine V. Delauder Brumbaugh; one daughter, Lisa Brumbaugh of Hagerstown; two stepdaughters, Donna Plummer of Williamsport and Sandra Hutzell of Hagerstown; four sisters, Lorraine A. Robertson of Panama City, Fla., Grace G. Conover and Doris A Brumbaugh, both of Miami, Fla., and Helen H. Brumbaugh of Arlington, Va.; two brothers, Allen W. Brumbaugh of Hagerstown and Richard O. Brumbaugh of Randallstown; and five step-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. Charles B. Weber will officate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
The family will recieve friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services.
